I'm just doing some fishing for a local landowner here.

Is anyone looking to lease some new ground next season?

The leased ground would be in north Missouri. The landowner is warm to the idea (he doesn't hunt) and I can tell you that it is awesome ground. I just don't know how to go about offering a lease.

What should he be asking per acre for the ground that will be hunted?

Another note: I've got a friend that may rent a house from this landowner. If that's the case, he'd probably get first run of it. However, if hedon't want it we could still get something worked out for someone else...
