My freezer is full and I am heading to Northeast Kansas to rifle hunt Thursday through Saturday. I am horn hunting, no doubt about it. Kansas has a share the harvest program similar to Missouri's, but I'd just as soon give it to someone direct. So if there is anyone that is relatively close to St. Joseph or Kansas City, or in between, and would take a deer, let me know.

KC my Salvadorean employees will ALWAYS take a deer. They cook them like they do pigs. Big pot, chunked meat in lard... all day. Use the bones for soup.
Good stuff. I don't have a pot that big!
I haven't been slaying enough for them to have one of mine this year.

Got a couple of hits, so I think I am good. Thanks. That is an interesting way to cook deer, I must say. Any good?
