My wife's 2nd deer ever and her first solo hunt. 14 points, waiting on score. This buck was shot on public conservation ground in Missouri. [IMG][IMG]

She shot it Sunday of opening weekend. She was in the woods for 30-45 min. before I got a text saying get the kids ready. The blue shoes were mine. I forgot to put on my boots.

    Nice rack!

Mcrib, was this on a managed deer hunt that you draw for or an open to the public area?

I was counting down to the comment about the direction the gun was pointing. Took longer than I expected.

I noticed it but didn't want to take away any of the praise the young lady was receiving.
