Why can I hunt in a county park?

  1. Took the kids to Jefferson Barracks park for a walk on this nice day, Thurs. Feb. 23. Were just about to load up in the van when I notice a few people looking off in the distance. Not 75 yards away was a heard of 15 deer. On still had an antler left on him. They seem relatively un-fazed by people watching, car doors shutting, and my kids screaming at them. Why can I just hunt there next year?
  2. I don't know! Why can you????:pop::D

    Next time there, drive through the Cemetery. You will see lots and lots of deer in the evening!!!

    novicehunter, I think the word you are looking for is CAN'T. Many parks have special management hunt only rules and regs and some have no hunting.
