My Uncle gave a very good review of the one in Washington. I have been contemplating giving them a try but the one I use is only 2 miles down the road and is very good. Just might have to make the trip over if I get another one. Like they say, you never know until you try it.

Ed's Meat Market in Washington Mo. If you want to venture outside of St. Louis, Woods Meat Market in Bowling Green and Swiss MM in Swiss, Mo are both amazing.

I also like Williams Bros. in Washington. They are one of the only places around with FDA approval to make real german smoked sausage. Their deer sausage is very good.

Another vote for Ed's...very, very good.
