My Uncle gave a very good review of the one in Washington. I have been contemplating giving them a try but the one I use is only 2 miles down the road and is very good. Just might have to make the trip over if I get another one. Like they say, you never know until you try it.

Swiss is the only place I take it.

I have them make HOT Slim Jims and Japeleno/Cheese brats. Yummmmm..... :cheers:

Another vote for Ed's...very, very good.

I have heard Swiss is good too...but our meat goes to Ed's...will be making the trip up that way when they start taking meat in January!
