Nuge believe he missed or didnt fatally hit that bear. They only found a spot of blood, no blood trail and never found the bear... ended up killing one 4 days later and transported it, misdemeanor violation of the lacy act. Anyway, he owned up to it and valuable court resources werent used trying to squirm out of it like spook did. I'd argue that quite a few people here have lost a buck and ended up finally killing one later right here in MO.
Thats not exactly what brackett did, knowingly killed two deer.

the CN province basically was is you draw blood you burn tag... you like to hunt with camera and make money off it...follow the regs!
