Why bother...some places the corn they leave standing on the edges, it's still full of corn next spring. Remember when they used to give out free seed for plots...

I have had good hunts late season near standing beans and turnips on conservation ground.

They still give out free seed. I get milo & millet every year from my plc. They usually have beans & corn too.

How big of an area are you looking to fertilize? We’ve switched over to Chicken Liter on pastures/ food plots.....The chicken liter adds organic matter and seems to stay active in the soil longer especially the N... compared to traditional fertilizer...

Rotations of awnless Triticale, Crimson Clover provides an attractive plot and adds sufficient OM for poorer soils.

This particular plot is actually planted in an old creek bed... Triticale, Crimson, with some brassicas thrown in.

Where do you source the litter from? Know of any in NEMO?

Wonder if u can frost seed clover in spots on conservation, or is that a no no
