I wish it would. I'm off for 4 days every year during Thanksgiving and so are a bunch of other folks. Its a great time to be in the woods during the holidays.

I read in a conservation mag that it starts the second saturday of the month of november.

The way I heard it explained was that it always starts on the Saturday closest to the 15th unless that carried it over thru thanksgiving then they move it up 1 week.
