Someone gave the girlfriend's dad a 742 30-06, and he wants to give her a fair price for it. Anyone know what these are worth. It's in real nice condition. Hardly a single sign of wear. Haven't shot it but the action was real smooth. What do you think it's worth?

from what i have seen on gunbroker, the nicer ones were selling from 375.00 to 450.00
of all the auto guns i sure like the 742

I picked up one for Cfrazee_mo couple of years ago if I remember right $350. It had an average scope on it. Think it was a Bushnell Banner 3-9k. I'd say at least that much and up.
