I have seen worse, and I have seen better. Guess it depends on the quality and amount of game.

If my math is correct, $34 an acre. They guarantee B&C deer?

$15 an acre is tops what I think Missouri land goes for maybe $20 if its absolutely like a dream setup with lodging or something

Sounds kind of high. I leased 200 acres next to my property for $10 per acre. It’s great deer and turkey property with about 160 timber and 40 pasture.
  9. Those are the kind of numbers I see through leasing companies which are always on the high side for just decent land.

My two brothers & I Pay $47 per acre for our 180 acre lease in Buffalo County Wi. This is cheap compared what people pay their today. We have had it for eleven years now and have shot alot of giants It all depends on the quantity of Booners.

What county? Any amenities on site? Water, electric hookups for camper? Barn to store stuff in? All that adds up.

What I've heard the past few years is generally $15/acre average more or less depending on several things. Sometimes the best money ever spent is when someone else says its too much. As far as amount of timber and crop ground, it sounds like a very good ratio, could be ideal if situated right.

If you really want it, and don't mind spending the money I'd offer $1,500 per man take it or leave it. That at least drops it to $30/acre. I hope this is a year-round deal with unlimited access to scout, put up stands, turkey hunt etc..
