I found this thursday morning coming out from the stand and I cannot say I have ever seen one of these before. Its about 4ft long and weighs around 20lbs

  2. Part of a survey rig. Prolly came from either a farmer, or surveyor. Trimble is one the main suppliers for sub meter precision gps equipment.

If'n you do this, the owner might pay you a visit. Then you can ask them what the heck it is! Just tell them it looked like another old one you found and you been collecting them!:rof2::rof2:
