Applications for West Virginia's new Class Y Disabled Crossbow permit are now available on the WV DNR website:

Current Class Q (lower-extremity disability) permit holders need to fill out just page 1.
Individuals with upper-extremity disabilities need to fill out page 1, and have a doctor fill out page 2.
