if I can eat the same amount for the the rest of the day i will be doing good... this is the only time I have ever put it on paper... i think it is a good thing.. makes me think to eat more...

I need to lose some of my bulk. I say about 60 lbs worth.


Let me restate that, I need to lose some of my Blub!!!!!!! About 60 lbs worth, but I am going to start playing Indoor Soccer starting in January. That should help!!!!!! :)

Geez that dont seem like much food for that many calories, id say then i probably have a 4000 calorie a day diet

Gakic fitday.com has a free journal you can use online, you can pick from a set list of foods or you can edit to match your foods

this will track where all your macro nutrients come from and break them into a nice little pie chart and percentage for you as well as how many of each you have eaten

i love that site , well did when I took care of myself, soon as archery is over I'm gonna hit it again

Thanks sir!!! My wife is familar with that... She does the Zone diet and is big into crossfit... She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine..
I am stubborn, but need to consider the Fitday!

I been thinking about PT from ISSA, they take the GI bill and they have a good rep

you should try ACSM... its well recognized.. Many gyms will only take a few, ACSM included
