    Yesterday was my birthday and to my surprise I received a pair of the camoflauge Walker's Quad Muff's from the wife. She said she knew I had my eye on them and sense they protect my hearing she's all for them. Since this is my first pair I'm a novice too them, who hear uses them? and what do you think?
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Anyone else had any experience with them? good? bad? advice on use?
    I'll be able to hear a duck quack and a deer fart at a thousand miles.
    I bought a pair of hunter orange ones on sale (deer can't see it right?) and used them a couple of times at the rifle range. Worked really good in that I could pick up everybody's conversation around me during the cease fire/target checks. Definitely amplified my footsteps walking across the parking lot.
    Got 3 pair, they interfere with my bow anchor point but I can hear them deer a long way off! They're great for rifle season. In high winds they are like any other amplifier- white noise.
    I turkey hunted with a CO this past spring and she had a pair. she was very impressed with them. But I heard a bird gobble several times that she did not. It got to the point she didnt believe me! There was a youth and his father in the blind with us and they could also hear the bird I was hearing? The bird was close not far away.
