I have a guy wanting to trade a Winchester 30-30 94 AE for one of my hunting huts. I am just wanting to know what one in good condition might be worth. Looks clean and lever works good.

It really depends on what "good condition" really means.....

$400-600 would be a good ball park.

Seems that ones in what I call good condition, $450-500 is the norm....
