    Urban Coyote\'s

From an article in The Smithsonian Magazine, titled "City Slinkers".

"The coyote, that cunning canine of wide-open spaces, has come to the nation's capital. And to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and other cities. In fact, coyotes have spread to every corner of the United States, shifting their behaviors to fit new habitats and spurring researchers to cope with a worrisome new kind of carnivore: the urban coyote."

My uncle hit one the other night in the City w/ his truck. Guess that doesn't really dent the problem though lol.

I saw a red fox (with something in it's mouth) last week when I was driving home from a buddies.

I've seen a couple yotes around, but nothing too extraordinary...

I saw a big 'yote in my foodplot, at 1:30 in the afternoon, yesterday.

Of course, I was on the way out the door to go grocery shopping... :roll2:
