I am new to hunting turkey and wanted to give it a shot. Does anybody know where a good location to start is near mid missouri/columbia. I would love a chance to get and maybe get hooked on it but have no idea where to begin. Any help would be appreciated. If you know any good spots where you have seen turkey please let me know

Fall is a good time to figure out where turkeys are. They don't get much pressure in the fall. Spring season, lots more competition.

Good luck.
