I've been looking at new turkey vest and I purchased an Ol Tom Time and Motion vest. I like it, but it doesn't have a place to put water and snack foods. I have a basspro brand that I've been using, but it's not quiet as organized as I'd like. I've also always preferred the strap type over the full vest.

What are some of the favorite vests out there? I kind of like the Primos one, but I saw the Limbhanger also and liked it.

Let me hear what you recommend and why you like it.

I've got an old Tom and love it. I put for food and drinks in a decoy bag.

I've been using a Buck Lick Creek Turkey vest fro several years. I think it is great.

Me too but he sold out and they are no longer available. I would make sure I got one you can lean back in and it provides good back support. It is much more comfortable than using a tree for back support.

I've been looking at the Tactical Tatr and the Primos one. I wish a Cabelas was closer....

Do you have a Tactical Tatr?

I have the super elite 2 and love it. My little brother has the primos one and loves it. I'm just not a big fan of the strap ones, i had a cheap one for a while and i definitely prefer the full vest over it.

For my water and food I just use a fanny pack. Seems to work for me. Makes my vest lighter.

dreland never thought of that. Small fanny pack for the water and snacks. I like that idea.

I've never had a full vest one so I may have to try one of them.

They're both really nice Porter. I don't think you'll be upset with either one of them.
