I have an older buddy that really likes them and it makes me happier giving ours to him than me eating them.

Hooks made up some Gumbo with his that was really good. Had a big bowl last night.

Really there is no limit to what you can make with deboned turkey carcass meat. My go-to’s are vegetable soup, turkey Alfredo and turkey and dumplings. Adding turkey gumbo to the list.

Pressure cook or boil low and slow until meat falls off bones. Pick out the bone and tendons and use it for dang near anything you would use poultry for.

I like to shred it, frazzle in hot oil, season with fajita or taco seasoning and use it for soft tacos or fajitas....good stuff.

Also makes great turkey salad....mayo, lime juice, chopped almonds, salt and pepper, hard boiled egg, onion, celery.....good stuff.

Any slow cooked method. The thighs have better flavor than the breast.
