we mounted it to the front loader of a tractor, that let us raise and lower the tube as needed to save some tall desirable plants that were in with the ragweed.

We used 2 of these, or similar. Dont know where my dad bought them. He started to build them from scratch and decided the kit was much easier than trying to find suitable parts.

    https://www.agrisupply.com/string-wing-rope-wick-chemical-applicator/p/71934/

Fill the tube with a strong mix of glypho and the ropes get saturated. We mounted to a fork lift adapter on a front loader and drove thru the tall weeds last summer.

March 22nd, 2018 - Another low wind event, Multiple Mini Prescribed Fires for one large area, taking a break under stand enjoying the smell of smoke and watching the fire. One long day. When you by yourself. Two showers later still smell smoke.

Spring just now waking up on the property, walked my property line today always neat to see what has changed or coming in. Also I get to walk by the area that has Ammonites fossil, they are cephalopods and first appeared in the seas 415 million years ago. Also tons of turkey scratching and sign today. Plus walked by yesterday burn area.

    Lick looks great!

Wish I could do something to mine. They still use it even after 3 years without adding anything but not as frequent as they once did.

    Thanks a lot MDC :(

Don't worry the entire state will be in the same restriction with hope as the only strategy.
