This one was done even better than the previous ones!

We had lots of fun wackin' birds, being with friends, and being outdoors on a great day. (Also watching Venatic's son find a 5-point shed antler).

Got to meet some more good people, learn some things, and eat lots of burgers.

More details and pictures to follow, but a great big Thank You goes out to everyone involved in getting this put together and spending so much time/effort/money to make these deals possible.

:cheers::cheers:

I wish I would have went, but the dang ACT (which I feel pretty good about this time... feeling like I killed my last score of 23)
And then I had my first rugby game... we won, so that was good.

Oh well  and once again I'm glad all went well!

It was a great time, for sure!

Good times, good food & good hunting ~ what more could a guy ask for?!

Great friends ~ that's what! :wink4:

BTW ~ Put me on the injured reserve list, for awhile. I think I ended up snapping a tendon in my finger, trying to cinch my chair down, while hunting from the trailer...

This hunt is a "must recommend". If you have never made a gathering and are looking to meet some great people and share in an outdoors experience you've GOT to attend this hunt next year.

I enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

I went back to bed when Hayzer left, and did'nt wake up till my nephew called my cell at 11:00 am. I cleaned up the house and met him and his dad so he could try and shoot a rabbit. He got one with his 22 and later we hooked up with some friends and their beagles and he got to miss a couple with a shotgun. I had a great weekend, even if I did fall off the wagon saturday night. I think the guys getting to do some shooting over the pointing dogs was the highlight of all of our hunts so far.

Yeah ~ there's that, and then there's the friends we get to hunt with too. For if it wasn't for them, the hunt wouldn't be happening in the first place...

Thanks to MrB, Henry, Heggemeier's Game Farm & the rest of the gang of volunteers. You all made it happen, and I got to make some memories, that will last me my lifetime...

Salute...

I forgot to extend my own thankyou's to everyone who attended and helped out. To all the dog owners who brought their dogs out to help make the day a great one. Gary Peyton, Joe and crawdad, those dogs doing their thing was one of the days highlights.

And of course thanks go out to Joe and hayze for keeping my late night singing talents top secret:rotfl::rotfl: I hope Rodney Carrington does'nt find out,,he'll be bugging me to sing duets with him:hysterical:

That's awsome! Thanks for the pics!

As far as the after-party went, according to the background noise DSG could hear during the phone call it sounded like a good time was being had by all.

Henry, DON'T sell the farm and move to Nashville any time soon! :pop:

GoGop I am curious as to where in Missouri this game farm is located? What kind of dogs did you all hunt with at this game farm?

I just might through my hat in the ring and join the rest of you next year, the good LORD willing!

Pheasant Hunt

i like hunting very much .i used to go on hunting . last time when i hunted a Pheasant [file]85009[/file] with cross bow i found it very impressive

so if any body is fond of hunting then it is suitable for him to hunt with a cross bow . here are some pictures related to

bow hunting . when i hunted with a cross bow i found there was no any noise while hunting at the same time when you hunt with

a fire gun it produces so much noise and your hunt become concious after hearing that noise and you are not able to aim your

hunt again but in the case of cross bow hunting there is no any noise and your aim or hunt remain unconcious and you are able

to aim it again and it was good experience to hunt with a cross bow . i also seen so many videos on national geographyc on

cross bow hunting and i liked it so much iam also interested in these kind of weapons and i enjoy making a collection of

these .the reason i liked cross bow weapons so much

because you just not only use it for a particuler type of hunting but you can use it in all kind of hunting and your

protection also.
