5 good eaters ready for the fryer tomorrow.
I have a deep fryer but like cast iron fried better . Some will be coated with Andy's Cajun.Looks great. Those size are great for eating. I've got roughly 100 fillets thawed out and waiting for hot grease this afternoon. Never cooked that much fish before at one time so it will be an experience.

Send a picture of that setup sometime. Sounds interesting .We use a kettle that sits in the top of 50 gal barrel with big propane burner.Fry a half bag a french fries every few bunches of fillets it will clean your grease
Never tried Andy's Cajun. I've always used Louisiana's Seasoned. I'll give it a try next time. Didn't know cooking fries would clean the grease. I'll give that a try also. My fish fry went good with no complaints so I guess I did ok. Everyone had a good time with lots more memories made.
