Years ago when I was self teaching myself how to shed hunt, I would spend many hours on Jesse Outdoors shed hunting forum and was in awe of the guys that could collect 100 sheds in a season. I surely thought they had no jobs, had places where bucks yarded up and dropped their antlers in a small location. Well folks, I am proof you can work 50 hrs in a week and still get it done. Late green up, little snow fall are a plus and that seemed to happen in my area. Some interesting facts.

    Total shed count = 104
    Fresh sheds = 75
    Old sheds = 29
Earliest fresh shed found, January 1st
    13 Dead heads
    44 successful hunts
12 plus days of walking 6-10 miles for NOTHING

Here is a pic of part of this years collection, some where added to the arch, and the smaller ones have been placed in another pile for future projects.

good work, that's what it is, work. Im following this thread. I don't get nearly as much time as I'd like to shed hunt due to daddy duty and foot plot obsessions. I went 5-6 times and brought home 12 sheds I think
