I feel your pain. Best I can help you is to go to post reply, hit browse, find the pic on the computer & hit open. Then just hit post reply. Clear as mud isn't it. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

go to the browse button. click on it and find the pic you want! If you can't get it email it to me and I will insert where ever you want. Then try and get you going.

I forgot, make sure you hit the post reply under the last post instead of trying it in quick reply (where you make most of your posts at). That is what I had most trouble with at first.
