How a day Hunting or Fishing is better than a day of work.
Went out this morning,I was running a little late.First place I wanted to go,Pickup there,go to another place,someone there.Finally found a spot.Gobbling on down from me.Call little bit,he answers.But never see nothing of him.It is so Foggy it might as well be raining.I'm worried about my powder getting wet.
Decided to go to a different spot,scratching all around,but really brushy,but might be open enough.Set up call little bit.Setting there,see some Jakes to my right,:roll2
k Young Bird.Get turned one spots me,I get a bead,pull the Trigger,POP! But no BOOM!!The Birds take off.
I recap,pull the Trigger,fires just fine.I reload.Go on down the ridge,man its really brushy,but it might work.Set up,call,had a Hen come up.Nothing else.
Walk back to the Pickup,almost get to it,decide to fire my Gun,I fire,a Tom flies over to the next ridge :roll2: Figures!!
