Says he should have been named Captain and the Blues med team has mismanaged his surgeries.

Ties Armstrongs hands a bit in making it happen. Regardless, he still has some value. I hope the Blues can get some value for him.

Vlad requesting a trade is a gift to Armstrong and the Blues... But what team wants to take a chance on damaged goods? I can see this getting ugly rather quickly... Pi-s-s pour attitude, lazy and one strong hit to the shoulder away from retirement. Vlady pissed and moaned his way through a 4 straight sweep blaming his terrible play on his sore shoulder then jumped on a plane to the World Championships the next day??? Safe to say.... there’s multiple reasons why he wasn’t wearing a C on his jersey. Just ask his teammates.....

He’s had a piss pour attitude since they made 90 captain but has been a piss poor teammate for longer. Bye bye.

Heard tkachuk rumors but don’t think that will happen. Although talking with several in Calgary apparently tkachuk wants out since Sutter took over as coach and many in Calgary don’t care for him. Still doubt it but would take that in a second.

Also heard Chris Kreiders name thrown around in New York. Big left winger who works hard and is a 20 plus goal scorer. Done. Anyone gets you better production than what we’ve seen lately.

He has had some good seasons, but when healthy there are times he looks like a healthy scratch on the ice, he can go a week without doing anything

I think it will be hard to attract any talent at all here.

You lead by example. Not by time in service. He’s nowhere near Assistant captain material yet alone THE Captain. He’s stuck in the 80’s style play sitting around waiting on a pretty pass to shoot in a gimme goal. That ****e don’t fly now days. Every player on the Ice plays both ends of the rink except the net minder. He’s never done that.

They better get some skilled defensemen first. Ones that can move the puck and make plays from the blue line.

SK, too bad that your victim mentality is becoming a bit more prevalent, but good news there are actual Americans that will be ready to stomp the vermin! Anyways, what teams are on him trade list?
