I've only used one pound of it, at the time, it wasn't easy to get locally, so I didn't follow up with buying more. It's a tad slow for .223 use, but works fine with heavier bullets there. It's like Varget, a bit slow for .223.........
All the reports I get, say it's similar to Win 748 or H-335, which make it a medium rate powder, and it would be excellent in .30/30 and similar cartridges. It burns cleaner than either of the two powders mentioned above.
Western Powders own Ramshot, and bought Accurate Arms Powder Company a few years back, so any place that sells Accurate Powders SHOULD be able to get you some.
