Formerly known as the Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant, this property is located in Desoto, Kansas, between Kansas City and Lawrence. This property has experienced limited hunting since 1942 and absolutely no hunting in the last five years. We offer archery, muzzleloader, and firearm hunting for deer and archery and shotgun hunting for turkeys.
This property features 3,000 acres of hardwood timber areas with creeks and streams. We also offer waterfowl hunting, which includes duck and geese hunting.
Accommodations are not included, but local hotel accommodations are available within two miles of the hunting property. This is the opportunity of a lifetime, and this property will only be available for the next two hunting seasons before it goes back into development.
