Been working on my first hedge selfbow the last few days. I came across this video....and I sure hope this doesn't happen to me in my first attempt at shooting it.

I know that feeling all to well.:(

The bow I'm working on now is way past the 150 hour mark and I'm guessing another 100 to go before finish....if it doesn't break first.

I was shooting at an indoor range in the mid 90's when another fella 2 lanes down from me had the riser of his bow brake in half while at full draw! Was the only time that I've ever been able to blood trail another shooter to the men's bathroom ....
