Stl County licence renewal?
Does anyone ever have problems trying to renew licence plates on line. Every time iv tried this they reject my info and force me to go wait in line at branch offices. What a PITA!

I log off MWT, go to the DMV website, sit in my recliner and enter the code #, save the local license office fees that the fee office charges, and the plates show up in the mail!

I used to go to the one down from Clarkson and Manchester RD. It was awful. Now you log in with your pin # and send them straight to your door unless they are late.

When did the tags expire? I had my trailer go bad by 30 days and it wouldn't let me do them online. Had to go in person.I paid my PPT on time but will not accept info.

Was told glitch in STL County computer not fixed yet. I had this problem in January also so nothing new. She had NO problem with two account #. Local office charges $7 fee for renewal. She said this was case with most of county. This is a SCAM to keep local branches in revenue!

All fee offices are doled out by the party in charge of the governorship at that time, and are purely nothing more than political patronage.
Elect a new/different governor of either party and the person pocketing the "fees" at the so called fee offices get their pockets lined for supporting that candidate as they now take over the office and the corresponding fees.
Scam - plain and simple - eliminate ALL fee offices and make all DMV locations non-fee locations!
Paying extra fees for the "convenience" of getting your plates near your place of residence is unfathomable, enigmatic, and nothing more than legalized theft by the party in charge, whoever it may be at that time, and it should be eliminated!

I can never get it to work so I dont even try anymore, the office is right around the corner from me. Just have to wait in line sometimes. Each one of those offices are privately owned I think so they all do things a bit different. Wish mine had that text feature.
I tried numerous times, always get kicked out when doing the St. Louis Co. PPT numbers, never works.
I've tried the online system several times to no avail in Greene County . They can never validate the property tax verification part - even though I have the receipt in front of me and type it in exactly the same. Fortunately the local office is close and fairly efficient.
I do online when it's a option, works fine.
