My mother is a realistate broker in Overland Park Ks. She does the $$$$$$ houses . I'v not responded because I thought you were looking for something just to hunt in.. I'm not sure she would be qualified to be helpfull .
BUT!..if you are getting no help she would be better than nothing... ..I think
