I got 4 sets out today, it's been a long time since I had traps out. I just threw out 4 quick ones this afternoon 2 stepdown dirtholes & 2 flat sets on 1 farm. I forgot my camera or I would show you how I make my sets. Maybe with any luck I'll have some:kewlpics:to post up tomorrow & maybe get some more sets out, it's been a while boys so take it easy on me:grouphug::wave:

Lots of cows in the field, they were inspecting when I left, both of them will probably be thrown in the morning.

No, I decided I'd better get some more swivels on my traps before I tried to catch a kitty. I WILL have some out this weekend though. I'm gonna be gettin everything ready this week for saturday.

I have another question for ya. When you say walkthrough set, what do you mean?

:kewlpics: by the way.

A walk-through set is just that, the animal has a clear path to just walk thru while being guided on each side. I use these a lot after a catch has been made, some people call them scratch up set or a trashpile set, in the second pic above, the trap is between the bones & the pile of debris creating a "path" for it to travel through with lure on the bones & urine on the pile of debris
