This year is going to be my first bow season, and i need some cheap yet durable stands. I have a couple of ladder stands, but i really dont trust them. I could use some help finding some.

no i don't work at buchheits. i'm third cousins with the owner but i still don't get a discount. it really sucks. i could use a discount on some of there stands

If I couldn't afford a good quality stand, I would just hunt off of the ground. When I was in high school, I hunted on the ground in natural made blinds. I had good success and they were really cheap (free). You don't have to be in a tree to kill a deer with a bow, but it helps. When you can afford a quality stand you will never use your cheap ones again. They are cheap for a reason!

Is this hand-out cheap stuff getting contagious or what?
