Got these today and I will be skinning them after church if there is any interest for them. No charge. I will preserve them and get one to you if you promise to simply pass on the art of fly tying. I will need to dry them for a few weeks before they will be available. 1st come first serve 20171025_171722.jpg

Still up for grabs. These hides were to thick to waste. I went ahead and skinned all 3 for preserving. In the fridge now. Will rinse and prepare for borax tomorrow. Just wanted to offer them here first. 20171025_224620.jpg

How bout a little explaining how you do the borax preserving and will the hide be soft or stiff when done? Thanks I have tanned a few hides with acid but always looking at different methods.
