I've had several members ask me about the trigger time on my cams. All of these pics are from a sony s40, which has a slightly slower trigger than my sony p41's. Notice how all of these animals are centered or nearly centered in the shot? That's perfect trigger time in my opinion. No heads or butts, full animals, which is pretty good for animals walking from left to right instead of toward or away. I think trigger time is around 3 seconds.

Lefty, I do the assembly work. I buy used & sometimes new sony cameras, do a little modifying to them, wire them to a control board & mount it all in a waterproof case. There are guys a lot smarter than me that build the control boards & figured out all the wiring. I am pretty good at following directions though. Here's a picture of one.
