Helping a friend clean out his brothers ammo cache. 120 rounds 30.06, don’t know grain, see photos for head stamp info. I test fired through my US 1917 and they worked to make the gong sing. Also have some Lake City on En Blocs $8 per full enbloc, the LC ammo does attract a magnet.

Pulling one of the bullets would probably tell what the bullet weight is and with the right set of eyes maybe even as to the powder and the weight in grains.

Appears to be Winchester Western Super X casing, with the bullet shape I’d say 180 grains or less. 180’s 165’s and 150’s were and still are common in Super X power point or silver tips.

Where is the ammo located? Have a kid at work looking for some 06 ammo for some range time. Is this factory ammo?
I’m in the KC side of the state, not sure if it’s factory, the guy had multiple cans with loose ammo and each one was grouped with the same head stamps and some on en blocs
