Anybody going to snag dinosaurs this week/weekend? Going to be a beautiful day tomorrow. I'm going to wait a bit until the rain starts, followed by nasty cold weather.
There’s also a $10000 first place tournament Saturday.

How do they police up that forward facing sonar? Aren’t there portable devices you can deploy discreetly once you are on the water?
I’m not advocating for such, just wondering. Not a boat owner.

I’ve only ever been been checked at the ramp at bagnell.
They sat on the bank with binos back when you could snag there.

34 degrees for a high Saturday, couldn’t ask for worse weather for a big snagging tournament. And plenty of wind!

You’re right about the gettin soft part. We (myself, dad, and a buddy) decided to go try the James again this year but waited till daylight instead of going out at midnight. I’ve not been down there since 2018. We had four males and I caught two sows. One was a new Pb for me at 82 pounds and the other was 65 pounds.
