I have the stick-on limbsaver pads on my limbs and just plain ol' whiskers on my string.

For string silencers the best in my book are the oldest, Cat Whiskers. All the others that I have seen are much overated and have a tendency to fly off the string.

the string leeches (i think thats what they are called) do work,
but they don't last that long. the ones on my hoyt lasted mabey
200 arrows, when they were intact it was the quietest bow i have
ever shot. lost one, and it got louder.

I gots limbsaver stuff hanging off my bow everywhere. The ones on the string are the ones that look like a star. My bow is hella quiet. But it's not one of those speed demons either, it only shoots around 300 fps.

my hoyt is no speed demon.shoots right at 280 with hunting arrows.

Well I have the quietest speed demon there is. Ask anyone who has been standing by it when it goes off. String leeches on the cables, wiskers on the string. BT limb dampers, more for looks than anything else.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Sims stuff, but I like the looks of the Bowjax stuff, looks like it may be more durable.
