shot me a snow goose

    taxidermist called and asked me to come by and see the snow goose i was having done. he finally got to it. i swear it must be a record.

    i'm not sure. i don't think it would qualify. had a collar around it's neck so i am thinking it was someones domesticated pet that got loose. although i tried dialing the number on the collar and no one would answer. matter of fact the phone made an annoying noise and said the number i had dialed was not a working number.:shrug:

    yeah, yeah, yeah, ifn' i would have got his buddy i would have had them mounted facing each other in a water scene so their necks would make a heart shape. bet you would be saying that mean stuff then. the chicks dig that stuff.:D

    hello???? the adults migrate first...leaving the juvies to get shot at. sheesh these kids never learn :D

    Shoot, them things are easy to kill. They are big and got a lot of juicy meat on them. They fly real slow, makes em easier to kill.:welcome:

    I have shot alot of snow geese over the years, guess I got more young ones than adults.
