Good shooting. Yep. Looks like a bearded hen to me.
I believe around 380 The Horton is made by Tenpoint and they have some real sweet ones. Mine is only 3 year old and I believe some of the newer ones are probably better, but so far this one does the job. This one is very accurate and consistant and is relatively narrow. I have always shot 3 blade 100 gr fixed blade Muzzys and never had an accuracy issue but have not shot much past 55 although I can hit a paper plate at 75. 45 is probably as far as I would take a shot at an animal as too much can go wrong.Nice ! What's the FPS on your Horton? I may be looking for a Wyoming elk killer . Have been researching Ravins and Tenpoints . Not sure I'm good with a bow at 75 yds anymore.
Yup, this one breast, leg, and thigh all going into turkey apple sausage.god eatns!
