    CONTENT STANDARDS
    The content standards set forth in this section (the “Content Standardsâ€) apply to any and all User Contributions and Submissions,... and conditions apply to the use of one or more interactive features) and to any links or hyperlinks to any of the Sites or Content .... User Contributions and Submissions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions and Submissions must not:

    • contain any defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable material or statements, or provide a hyperlink to any website containing any of the foregoing;
    • promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
    • infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person;
    • violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Use or our Website Privacy Notice;
    • be likely to deceive any person;
    • promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act;
    • cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person (including engaging in activity that makes you a high-maintenance user to our staff);
    • impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization;
    • solicit personal information from anyone under 18 years of age;
    • involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, barter or advertising; or
    • give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.

    "involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, barter or advertising"

    So....does the above mean that we can't advertise any MDS fund raisers or even the sales of items with the proceeds going to MDS or even like Taters upcoming pheasant hunt?

    No, at least not from previous discussions with CMG Site Admin. Maybe because not considered "commercial" but don't know for sure.

    MDS is not a business but is a 501C3 not for profit organization and is not involved in commercial operations.

    The cost of having a free website Meller. Let me know what channels of TV or radio that you watch that is without commercials. Click on about any link to anything in the news and you get a 30 second commercial.
