I have been living here for 12 years. This is the first time that I have ever had a rub near my house, yet alone, 20yds from the back door?
Does this mean anything besides there is a buck around?

You can put an attractant out and just sit and watch if you want. No telling if he will be back tonight or not, but if he finds that attractant, like Deer Cane or other salt/mineral blocks, he will probably be back a lot more often, and maybe with some friends.

A lot of rubs are made by a buck that never goes back to the rub. Some are made near an area the buck frequents. Sometimes other bucks or even does will check out and sniff around a rub, but if its real close to your house I doubt you will get a lot of re-visits.
