rolla/waynesville Saint Roberts
Anyone know why Rolla doesnt have the rental property that Waynesville area does? Looking at the area and seems Rolla doesnt have as much..

Transient military population in Waynesville.
The company I work for doesn't offer services in Waynesville, but we do in Lawton, OK which is connected to Ft. Sill. Lots of people constantly coming and going.i ws thinking Fort would have something to do with but was sure how much..
I would think the rental market in Rolla is mostly locked up because of the college.
Waynesville has been on a resident construction boom for 20+ years due to the fort. During the 2008 recession, it was one of the few areas were people could get consistent construction work. Most of the places there are also fairly steep for the area too.
The rental market in Rolla is locked up because of the college. You have to know someone to get a rental there. 2-3 kids per rental and as one leaves they are replaced with another college kid and the rental never sees the market.
