    Thinking about heading to the MO river on friday for trip #2. Anybody interested? Be in central MO.

    First fish of the day. I missed it while it was laying 10ft from the boat. He got it on a back up shot

    This is the first otter that I have ever seen in the wild. Bad picture but he wasn't to photogenic

    Hmmm, I have never been and am off Friday. Wish I had a bow fishing set-up and too bad I got my wifes graduation to go to. Darn!

    Since no one wanted to take a ride tomorrow on the river, me and the one-legged wonder is heading bright and early in the morning. If everything goes right we will make the asian carp species extinct in that stretch of river

    Overall wasn't a bad day of shooting. The asians didn't want to cooperate, only got 1 in the boat. Shot couple grass carp and some small gar.

    :eek:: nice shooting for sure

    Say, did any of you watch the show on discovery about the alligator gar down in TX, they had some 10-14 ft long and weighing in around 200 lbs.

    Now that would be fun.

    Not this one. If I break the 30lbs mark and it is from this state then I would consider it.

    When I was stationed at Ft. Leonardwood I shot a good size carp with a friends bow....never went after any Gar though.
    Looks like it would be fun.
