Does anyone know what the weight is for the missouri record? I heard 33 pounds? Not for sure. My buddy shot a 29 pounder this morning with 1.5 spurs and 11 1/4 beard and also a 5 in beard its a nice big bird. I will try and post pics later when he gets them back!:sniper:

It was the first turkey I ever shot and I thought just like a deer get it gutted and on ice. Also I keep the heart, liver and gizzard. Sometimes I pluck them for smoking so the skin is on and I dont think it would taste to good smoking it with the guts in it.
