I used to have a site bookmarked that showed highest scoring racks in the state by antler points and now I can't find it!

Not from MO but I found this.
Yes, this buck does actually have twelve points. But four of those are deductions, so the head’s net typical score is derived entirely from EIGHT scorable points (the #2 buck actually has nine points; the #3 ten). Recently re-scored at 185 7/8 points, the Copeland rack actually beats the #2 head by more than four inches.

The biggest 8 pt I have seen that was shot in Missouri was 172 typical. It was either shot last year or the year before in NE Missouri. I saw the rack at my taxidermist shop & it was unbeleivable. Almost looked like it would belong on a mule deer.

I'm excited to see it, I love big 8 point racks. I posted pictures a couple of weeks ago of the biggest I've ever seen in person. It is one my neighbor is mounting that he scored at 182" and I don't think he's off by much. It is a monster.

There was a very large 8 pointer taken in Bollinger County a few years back. It scored something like 176. Not long after that, there was another taken in Oregon County that was very similar. The Oregon County deer was a bowkill while the Bollinger County deer was with a rifle (30/30 if I remember correctly). Show-Me MO Big Bucks had these deer on display a couple years back when it was they were a part of the Missouri Deer Classic in Columbia.

And there SHOULD be a 161" added to this tally soon, from our early bowseason...
