Costco. Or Discount Tire if you want a shop. Or Tirerack.com - good to price compare and compare tires/brands.

My bro uses tirerack.com. He said he's checked them all the 2 times he's bought new tires. Both times tire rack was the lowest. But I'd still check them all.
Firestone is about the only chain I'd trust to do the job halfway right every time...that's not saying much though
Free balance and rotation for life (I can't remember if that's a 1 time charge for it or if it automatically comes with the purchase)
ive had good luck here they list there dealers online were you can ship them or have them dropped off and i did that and still saved money!
