i plan on posibbly asking the farmer to leave some beans standing next year. i plan on paying him to leave them in so how much will it be per acre

It really depends on how many bushels an acre he was getting out of his beans. I'm sure Henry or someone can give you a pretty close estimate.

Average Mo. yield was around 42 bushels (?). That can change. High this year was over $16.00 per bushel, and is around $9.00 now.
My guess is you won't know til it's time to make the deal. Those are some pretty big variables.

Not to mention what beans will bring next year... its hard to predict.
If he has a good year, he may be more willing. If not, and if I were him, I cut every bean I could regardless of who wanted to hunt.

You leasing?
