I'm going to add a new sec. for my office so I can play more on MWT's:roll2:. My question is since she's going to be part-time working 4 hrs a day, I'm wanting to 1099 her so I don't have to mess with all the taxes and stuff. Is this what you would do? My CPA said I could be audited for this, and If so I would have to prove she was contract labor. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I knew you were a wise one Ducks! ;)

I am not an employment attorney, nor do I play one on TV, but I think if you support it with a contract spelling it out then you should be fine.
