Yes, bow season is closed during rifle. You can however use your bow as a method to kill with your rifle tag

You also must wear hunter orange even if you are using a bow.

I believe the only exception is MDC conservation areas that only allow archery. Still, I’d wear orange while walking because many are ignorant or deliberately ignore the archery only rule.

wiser is wrong. You do need a rifle tag
Archery season is CLOSED during the November portion ( rifle season)
A " gun" tag is required to archery hunt during the gun portion of deer season

It’s Missouri you don’t even have to buy a license whose gonna stop you

I think Missouri doesn't believe in upholding its laws because road hunters have tormented lands around me for the last 10 years and we have gotten the agents involved all for nothing.Its like the Wild West in NoMo come rifle season.I buy my license but won't waste my time calling the law anymore on anybody
